EMBODIED CREATIVITY WORKSHOP
The Art of Creating from Depth, Not Pressure
Unlock the creative flow that nourishes your soul—because your best work isn’t forced, it’s felt.
You don’t need another system. You don’t need more discipline. You don’t need to do more.
In a world that glorifies output and productivity, we’ve been taught to create from the mind—to force, to grind, to push.
So your nervous system tightens. Your ideas shrink. The work starts feeling mechanical instead of alive.
But true creativity doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from presence.
Creativity isn’t a mind game. It’s a nervous system game.
And the secret isn’t thinking harder—it’s feeling deeper.
This workshop is an invitation to unlearn the pressure and return to your natural creative power—the kind that feels alive, effortless, and deeply true.
The Trap of Forced Creativity:
We’ve all been there—staring at a blank page, a stalled project, a creative block that won’t budge.
So we try to push through. More willpower. More strategies. More hustle. But the more we force it, the more disconnected we feel.
The reason?
Creativity is not a mental exercise. It’s not something you cowboy wrangle into submission.
When you create from pressure, you create from stress. When you create from stress, your nervous system is in survival mode. And when you’re stuck in survival mode, creativity shuts down.
But when you create from depth—from presence, sensation, and inner knowing—everything shifts.
Ideas flow. Resistance softens. The process becomes easeful rather than exhausting.
This workshop is about moving from force to flow, from overthinking to embodied expression—so your creativity can finally feel like it’s yours again.
“If you're a creator looking to refine your purpose, but feeling stuck in perfectionism and wanting a way forward, this is the juice. kev’s got the goods and the energy to back it.”
Sanjiv Spiral, Designer + Near Futurist and founder of Plstic Design Studio + Thinkable

“I signed up in the search to understanding why I wasn't taking the "first step" in my creative journey.
Kev helped me deconstruct my roadblocks and realize the nuances between devotion and distraction. What I found most valuable was that kev taught me to be mindful of my language (the story I tell myself).”

MEET THE FACILITATOR
Ciao I’m kev.
I’m a dorky surf cowboy architect.
I’ve had the pleasure of working on some pretty special creative projects. I’ve won awards for furniture I’ve designed and fabricated, built some sexy cabins, yet never felt fully aligned in my expression.
I was creating from my mind, from a place of needing to prove something to the world, from a dysregulated state of stress.
My creativity looked good on the outside, but lacked true depth.
Through a long painful journey of life events that cracked my heart open, I discovered that depth and presence are the greatest gifts I can offer the world.
I dove into men’s embodiment work and immediately saw how deeply this impacted my creativity and my business.
The more deep presence I embodied in the creative act and in the everyday tasks of business, the more my life expanded and grounded into alignment.
Creative embodiment became the core practice behind my work as an architect and facilitator.
Now, this is exactly what I offer ambitious creatives just like you.
